1. Acceptance

By using Posty, you agree to these terms.

2. Service

Posty is an AI-powered app that creates social media content from your video recordings.

3. Account

You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions

• Monthly: $29.99/mo. Annual: $199.99/yr.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase.
• Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Your Content

You own your content. You grant Posty a license to process your recordings to generate content. You are responsible for what you post.

6. AI Content

AI-generated content may contain errors. Review before posting.

7. Prohibited Use

Do not use Posty for illegal activity, reverse engineering, spam, or to create harmful content.

8. Liability

Posty is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime. Data is removed within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
